A couple of weeks ago, I visited Robert Smithson's Spiral Jetty on the distant, middle-of-nowhere north shore of Great Salt Lake. I took along my Polaroid 420 camera, determined to get some good results for the first time and I feel like I was finally successful. This shot was one of several I made and actually feel good about. Yippee!
